Thank you for taking the time to visit our site.

L.E.A.D. Ministries was founded on the steadfast belief that Christ and His Word have the power to change and transform hearts, minds and lives.  We do not take lightly the fact that we teach, train, coach and guide those who seek a deeper understanding, experience and relationship with Christ. We want everyone who comes in contact with our organization to leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, inspired and empowered to take that next step in their journey with God. We do not take this role lightly and that we will treat it with the reverence and respect that it deserves by committing ourselves wholeheartedly to it as we are now appointed to do.  Our desire is to have ears that hear, eyes that see, and lips that speak only what the Lord has given us to discern.  Our prayer is that the Lord will strengthen and encourage us as we strengthen and encourage others. Finally, our prayer is to remain lockstep with God and walk worthy of the vocation to which we have been called. We look forward to hearing from you or meeting you at one of our events. - Warmly, LeTonya

LeTonya's Bio

I have been involved in ministry for more than 25 years. I have conducted seminars and provided expert consultation on leadership dynamics, team empowerment, communications, personal and professional development, and life strategies for various organizations, churches and ministries across denominations. Professionally, I have worked across multiple industry sectors, which includes service delivery at the national and international level and encompasses project work for state and county government entities, as well as financial services, manufacturing, education (K-12 and collegiate), military, faith-based, and non-profit enterprises.

My expertise is focused on organization performance improvement, high-impact coaching, and competency-based leadership development (with an emphasis on problem-solving, decision-making, strategic visioning, emotional intelligence, and self-efficacy). I design tailored leadership and professional development systems that support organizational change initiatives and long-term effectiveness. My experience has taken me to CEOs, presidents of organizations, and individuals seeking to improve their personal and professional lives. I have been a talk-radio guest and the empowerment speaker for a variety of local and national conferences.  In addition, I coach individuals who feel "stuck" and need guidance in unearthing answers to questions about how to identify and go about meeting goals.

I founded L.E.A.D. Ministries (www.LEAD-Ministries.org), a Christian faith-based teaching and training organization. In addition, I am Founder and Principal Consultant of Altitude Consulting and Coaching LLC, (www.AltitudeCandC.com), a consulting, training, and workforce development company specializing in strengthening leadership teams and promoting personal and professional development through education, motivation and coaching. I am an International Lecturer for the Baden-Wurttemberg Cooperative State University (Loerrach, Germany) and an Adjunct Professor role at Chestnut Hill College's Accelerated Adult Degree Program.

I really enjoy helping individuals live better by empowering them to get past the stumbling blocks in their thinking that keep them from reaching their fullest potential. In my leisure time, I enjoy writing, strength-training, biking, and sharing adventures with my favorite person on the planet, my husband, Alvin Clark, Jr. Above all things, I desire to do my excellent best for the Lord with whatever He has given my hands to manage. My life motto is, "My way is not for me to make, but for God to make me as I am on my way."

My husband and I attend Fairview Village Church in Eagleville, PA. I love the Word of God, because it has the power to transform hearts, minds and lives and I enjoy encouraging others in their faith and they journey through life with the Lord.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Organization Development and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, both from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa. I am a Certified Executive Leadership Coach (CELC) and hold certifications in Christian Counseling and 12-Steps Addictions Counseling.
